Oktoberfest in Lake Arrowhead Village begins this month!
Lake Arrowhead, CA—Have you heard the German Band? German Band? German Band? Oh, the weather is so grand for the big parade…If you haven’t been to Germany or Lake Arrowhead in September or October, then you haven’t celebrated Oktoberfest in the manner it is meant to be enjoyed. Boasting a beautiful Alpine setting and Bavarian architecture, Lake Arrowhead Village is an easy drive from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. A Lake Arrowhead tradition for decades, Oktoberfest is the only event to feature authentic Bavarian music, delicious food, tasty beer and traditional games and festivities. What’s more, Lake Arrowhead Village is the only place in Southern California where you can celebrate Oktoberfest for free!
Weekends continuing through October 29, Oktoberfest will be filled with lots of games and plenty of opportunities to toss back a cold one as you do the Chicken Dance—oi, oi, oi, oi! Free shows will be held from noon until 4 o’clock. Parking, as always, is free.
Come enjoy these lederhosen-clad German polkabands:
Mal Yaeger & The Edelweiss Band: October 22nd & 23rd
Bavarian Holiday: October 15,16, & 29
